Package Deal Contract Terms & Conditions

1. This agreement is for a minimum period of 12 months after which time your contract will become a monthly rolling contract.
2. Monthly payment should be made via Credit Card or Standing Order.
3. After the minimum period, cancellation of the contract must be made in writing and is subject to a 30 day notice period and removal of all services.
4. After the minimum period we guarantee not to increase the monthly cost of the package by more than the current rate of inflation and/or increased cost of the base materials.
5. Contract includes all software updates, full version upgrades, user licences and technical / user support.
6. All software provided is subject to an End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
7. Monthly charges will commence once the contract has been signed.

Guaranteed Pricing for EnvoyGroup.co.uk

From 1st May 2010, Envoy will guarantee the accuracy of pricing information on www.envoygroup.co.uk, ensuring that distributors can raise quotes with complete confidence. In the event that an order based on data from www.envoygroup.co.uk cannot be fulfilled at the price quoted on the website, Envoy pledge to either refund the difference, or source the product at the listed price.

Terms & Conditions

In order to qualify for Guaranteed Pricing:

1. The distributor has to have generated a quote on www.envoygroup.co.uk and/or downloaded the quote to PromoServe
2. The quote must be less than 30 days old
3. The product must have been updated within the last 12 months
4. The distributor must have generated a purchase order to the supplier
5. The distributor must have to attempted to negotiate with the supplier
6. The distributor must notify Envoy within 48 hours with a copy of the quote and the supplier’s response
7. Envoy reserve the right to attempt to source the product from alternative supplier(s)
8. Only available to Envoy Catalogue users
9. If you take a data feed fromEnvoyGroup.co.uk into your ClickPromo website, and you receive a quote request from your ClickPromo website (posted into EnvoyGroup.co.uk), the same Conditions apply.
