About Ideas Sheets

Completed ideas sheets are very basic catalogues in the PDF format.

Website users can create ideas sheets by adding selected products to a temporary list, optionally editing the details and processing the list as a PDF.

• Produce as many ideas sheet product lists as they want.
• Edit the product details, ideas sheet title and summary and produce PDFs from the product lists
• Email the PDFs to their customers from the TradeOnlySearch.com website
• Re-publish old ideas sheets

1. Perform a simple search.
2. Without going into Product Detail click the Add To Ideas Sheet icon (light bulb) on several products. In the right hand column under the User Menu a box will appear with the thumbnails of those products. That box is the ideas sheet product list.
3. At the bottom of that box are two links - Edit and New. Click Edit.
4. Change the Ideas Sheet title, add an optional summary, remove products and alter titles and descriptions where applicable.
5. Save the changes
6. At the top of the ideas sheet, as long as there are no changes to be saved, there is a link Process Ideas Sheet; click it.
7. In a few moments a screen will appear telling you the Ideas Sheet has been created (if there are no errors)
8. From there it can be downloaded or emailed

The logo on the ideas sheet is the company logo, which is uploaded on the company record in the User's Account Options. The link to this is Edit Account at the top right of the page under Welcome, [Name] http://www.envoygroup.co.uk/index.php?go=my-account#Company
